Svaya

ai fitness coaching  ·  iphone & android

A coach that actually watches.

Prop up your phone. Svaya counts your reps, reads your heart rate, and tells you when a set went sideways — from the camera you already own.

How it works

Three steps

01

Prop up your phone

Hip height, a few feet back, whole body in frame. Svaya tells you when it can see enough of you — you don't have to guess.

02

Lift

Reps count themselves. Depth, tempo, and heart rate log as you go. Uncertain reps get flagged rather than guessed at.

03

Your trainer sees it

They wrote the program. Now they know how it actually went — not just what you remembered to tell them on Monday.

What it does

Under the hood

Counting

Reps, read from the camera

Pose tracking runs on your phone at full frame rate. Every rep carries a confidence score, and the ones Svaya isn't sure about get marked instead of silently guessed.

Heart rate

Your strap, your numbers

Connect any Bluetooth chest strap or watch. Readings tie to the set you're in, so you can see what a working set actually costs you.

Programs

Built by a human

Svaya doesn't invent your training. Your trainer writes the program; the app runs it, session by session, and keeps the record straight.

Privacy

Video never leaves

Frames are analysed on the device and discarded immediately. What syncs is numbers — reps, timing, heart rate. We never see your gym, or you in it.

If you coach people

For trainers

You see your client twice a week. Svaya covers the other five days — and reports back honestly, which is more than most training logs manage.

Your clients stay your clients. Svaya doesn't market to them, doesn't sell them other programs, and doesn't try to replace you. It's the instrument, not the coach.

Ask about the trainer pilot
  • Write programs once, assign them to any client
  • See completed sets, actual reps, and where form drifted
  • Clients you invite are linked to you, not to us
  • You see only the workouts from programs you assigned

Questions

Before you ask

Do I need special equipment?

A phone and something to lean it against. A Bluetooth heart-rate strap is optional and makes the heart-rate data considerably better than a wrist sensor during weight training.

Is my video recorded or uploaded?

No. Camera frames are analysed on your phone and discarded immediately. Only the resulting numbers are saved. The privacy policy spells this out in full.

Which exercises does it handle?

Compound barbell and dumbbell movements first — squat, bench, deadlift, press, row — then accessory work. If Svaya doesn't recognise a movement, you can log it manually and it stays in the same session record.

What if it counts wrong?

Tap the count and fix it. Svaya marks low-confidence reps rather than pretending, and your correction is the number that gets saved.

Do I need a trainer to use it?

No. Svaya works on its own with built-in programs. The trainer connection is there if you have one, not a requirement.

When does it launch?

It's in development now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when there's a build worth your time — not before.

Be there when it opens.

One email when we launch. Nothing else.
